Who controls your data?
LiveInNL is responsible for information received through its contact form. The contact form is available on this website.
Data we process
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected subject, message, language and consent confirmation. We do not request a BSN, DigiD credentials, payment data, medical records or identity-document copies through this form.
Resource submissions and invitations
When a resource is submitted, we process the entered resource details for moderation. An email address is optional. Only with separate consent do we use it for one publication notice; after successful delivery the address is removed from the notification queue. An invitation link contains a random code, not a name, email address or public profile. Browser interactions are measured only after analytics consent. Operational submitted and approved counts contain no entered text, email address, IP address or browser identifier.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to respond to your question or cooperation proposal. The form requires an affirmative confirmation before submission. You can withdraw consent through the published contact address.
Recipients and retention
LiveInNL uses Resend as the technical email provider that delivers contact-form messages. The message arrives in the secured LiveInNL mailbox; Resend may process technical delivery data under its own privacy and retention policies.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless longer retention is required for an ongoing cooperation, dispute or legal obligation. Data is not sold or used for newsletters without separate consent.
Analytics
Only after you give consent, LiveInNL may use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and interactions with site elements. The Google tag is not loaded before that choice. We do not send search terms or form-input contents. Google may process technical information such as browser, device and referral source. You can change your choice using the cookie settings on the cookie-policy page. The analytics retention period is configured in the Google Analytics property.
Technical error logging
To identify outages, LiveInNL may record a minimal technical error event in secured hosting logs. It contains only the error class, a technical code, release, broad page category and language. Messages, searches, form values, full visited addresses, IP addresses and browser identifiers are not included in this error event. It does not set a cookie and is not used to profile visitors. Retention follows the hosting provider’s technical log retention; LiveInNL does not copy these events into a separate user profile.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. Signed-in Resources users can download a JSON copy and delete their account in My Resources. Deletion removes private sessions and account links and revokes verified ownership; a published resource card may remain online without the account. A pseudonymised technical record may be retained where needed to preserve moderation and audit-log integrity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
